HR supports the mandate of the Foundation by ensuring that ACBF has an appropriate mix of staff skills, experience and diversity to meet its evolving needs, and that the human resources are managed and utilized such that their effectiveness is maximized in a cost-effective way.

 

In addition, HR develops policies and procedures that enable ACBF to achieve its work objectives, manages compensation and benefits, follows up on recruitment and administers career programs. HR also assists other departments in meeting their human resources management goals.
