Information and Communication Technology

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit is one of the essential business unit within the Office of the Chief Finance Officer. The Unit aims to become an efficient business partner and enabler of change to ensure the Foundation’s business strategies are effectively supported and enriched by ICT. The Unit promotes business-led technological adoption, which enhance effective utilization, cost-effectiveness, and direct value adding to the vision, mission and objectives of the Foundation.

The ICT Unit is responsible for the following core functions:

  • Develop plans, standards and guidelines  for effective use and management of ICT services, equipments and digital assets;
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend potential systems and technologies that strengthen the Foundation’s capacity to enhance its internal business processes, information management , accessibility and reach to business partners and beneficiaries;
  • Implement, configure, maintain and manage ICT infrastructural systems (including VSAT, Servers, Networks and end-users computing systems)
  • Provide continuous systems monitoring, administration and management (including  for communication and collaboration systems, ERP Systems, and other office productivity systems);
  • Provide day-to-day ICT support and troubleshooting services for workstations management, office computing, connectivity and productivity systems;
  • Provide website development and technical support services
