During 2003 the Secretariat completed the following studies:
- An Analysis of the Market for
Skilled African Development Management
Professionals (First Draft Report).
- Capacity Building in Post-Conflict
Countries – Lessons of Experience
from Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra
Leone and Uganda (Revised Draft
Report).
- The Impact of HIV/AIDS on Public
Sector Capacity in sub-Saharan
Africa (First Draft Report).
The reports of these
studies are being processed for publication
and dissemination. Copies of the
studies can be obtained from the
Foundation. As the studies are driven
by operational needs of the Foundation’s
programs, their findings will provide
valuable inputs for the refinement
of project and program development
operations and appraisal reports
by the Secretariat.
