LAS advises management, the Executive Board and Board of Governors, and staff on the applicable rules and regulations affecting all aspects of the Foundation’s operations – including its relationship with implementing partners, other stakeholders and the host government.

It prepares or clears all of the legal instruments necessary for ACBF activities. LAS therefore, acts as the counsel to the Foundation in all legal matters.
