The National Institute for Administration and Management (INAG) requested ACBF for support towards the establishment of its Network on Public Administration (NEPAM).
The overall goal of the project is to reduce the backdrop of limited management research and the poor interface between those researching and training public management on the one hand, and policy makers on the other, and support the stakeholders of Cape Verde in the implementation of Country-Level Knowledge Network (CLKNET) in public administration management.
