ACBF and the Government of Burkina Faso signed on March 23, 2007 a Grant Agreement for the amount of USD 2 million to fund the Projet de Renforcement des Capacités de l’Assemblée Nationale du Burkina Faso (PRECAN-BF).
The overall goal of the project is to improve the effectiveness of the National Assembly of Burkina Faso to enable it to discharge its constitutional mandate and to effectively play its role in parliamentary democracy in order to participate in development policy formulation and implementation for poverty alleviation and good governance.
