    Introduction:

    Le Centre international de Formation des Acteurs Locaux (CIFAL) a été créé en 2003 dans le cadre d'un réseau mondial de centres de formation des dirigeants et gestionnaires décentralisés et locaux. La mission principale du CIFAL d’Ouagadougou et du CIFAL de Durban consiste à améliorer la gouvernance décentralisée et locale, en vue du développement des capacités des entités décentralisées et locales, à travers la formation et le travail en réseaux. En décembre 2006, le Conseil d’administration de l'ACBF a approuvé un don  de 993.700 $EU au bénéfice du CIFAL.

    Project Description:

    L'objectif du projet consiste à améliorer la gouvernance des autorités décentralisées et locales. Les objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants: (i) renforcer les capacités des acteurs locaux des pays africains francophones en vue de la prestation efficace des services publics (ii) améliorer l'efficacité de CIFAL dans l'exécution de son mandat de renforcement des capacités des acteurs locaux des pays africains francophones.
